Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that returns sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visit time, and pages requested. Aggregated logs help us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
We process this limited information to operate and secure the site, diagnose errors, measure use, and refine content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to City of Lake Forest pages, Orange County and California agencies, libraries, courts, and third-party search services. Information entered after leaving this site is governed by the destination's policy. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by an outside provider.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic data described above. We may also disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
